Lost or found an object?

Lost or forgotten items must be claimed by contacting the regional call center at 04 8000 7000 as soon as possible.

Any lost item not claimed within one year becomes the property of the transport operator.

If you have lost or found an item on the M Réso, RUBAN, Pays Voironnais, or L'va Mobilités transport networks, you should contact these networks.
