Traffic info: L.PBE16: “Buquinière 2” stop deleted from Monday October 9

In order to provide uniform service between the PBE16, T42 and PPBAA lines, the Buquinière 2 stop is removed from the PBE16 line and replaced by the Buquinière stop.
