News: Stop the incivility!

The Region is relaunching its communications campaign to remind people of the rules of civility and mutual respect within the Regional Bus network.

The number of incidents of incivility has been increasing in recent years. It is important to respect the driver, the equipment, the rules (validation of a ticket is mandatory on board the bus), and to act safely.

The visuals, in the form of short, humorous sentences, present "uncivil" situations that are unfortunately very common, such as not wearing a mask, putting one's bag on the seat, not saying "Hello," making phone calls on the bus, eating, not validating one's ticket, etc.

Putting an end to these bad habits means traveling together in peace and quiet.
