"San Marino Dam" Park & ride staion at Saint-Egrève
The General Council of Isère has built a parking allowing to service the embankments of the Isere river and to make easier the access to the "San Marino Dam" stop ( Transisère network's "Express" routes: Voiron-Grenoble-Crolles and Voreppe-Grenoble-Vizille).
This parkin can be accessed by bike from Noyarey or Saint-Egrève via a dedicated path.
It includes 70 spaces since its opening during winter 2010/2011. Its capacity could slightly increase depending on demand.
New: extension of P + R
This new area includes 18 new parking spaces which complement the 70 already existing spaces.
This increase in capacity meets a real need since the initial car park was a victim of its success and therefore often saturated.
During the work, networks were put in place to eventually allow the installation of metering sensors and charging stations for electric vehicles.
