Some agencies have a webcam for creating your Oùra card (Le Square, the Oùra Information Ticket Office at the SNCF train station, the M réso Grand'Place and Station Mobile agencies in Grenoble as well as the agencies in Beaurepaire, Crémieu, Crolles, Morestel, St-Marcellin, Vienne, Voiron and finally, the one in Bourg-d'Oisans).
